core strengthening

In hopes of healing or preventing a strained muscle in my side/abdominal muscles, I chatted with a kin friend tonight who recommended some core strengthening exercises.

So…I did 4 sets of regular plank, 4 sets of side plank (right and left sides), modified crunches, plus 4 sets of leg/arm extension. Hopefully I’m feeling strong for tomorrow morning’s run.

Rode to and form work. Had surprise company on the way home when Jesse showed up on his bike! Loved it.
