core strengthening
In hopes of healing or preventing a strained muscle in my side/abdominal muscles, I chatted with a kin friend tonight who recommended some core strengthening exercises.
So…I did 4 sets of regular plank, 4 sets of side plank (right and left sides), modified crunches, plus 4 sets of leg/arm extension. Hopefully I’m feeling strong for tomorrow morning’s run.
